Today’s Startup of the Day is SentiSum.
SentiSum is a customer sentiment analysis tool that auto-analyzes and tags every customer conversation to deliver insights to CX teams. It functions across emails, chats, phone calls, surveys, and reviews in 100+ languages to best enable companies to prioritize and manage customer queries as efficiently as possible. Initially, the company focused on customer reviews alone to answer these questions, but quickly realized they didn’t paint a fully accurate picture. By expanding to assess support conversations, through email, phone, chat, and more, they’ve created a product that can truly cut through the confusion to help CX teams take action to increase retention.
